Gian Luigi (Giovanni) Marchiorello, was born in Bassano del Grappa (Vi), on February 5th, 1953.
He graduated in law at the University of Ferrara, and got a Master Degree in Marketing and Business Administration at the Bocconi University in Milan.
During his studies he participated to the strategy of Family’s owned companies with responsibility of the Firema limited, specialized in the filed of railroads’ supplies.
Giovanni Marchiorello also participated to the development of the Banca Antoniana Popolare Veneta: he took part in the definition of its strategic mission, completing the reorganization of the business in the areas of general trade, mechanics, refrigeration, plastics and lubricating products. In this fields he is still a passionate and determined company’s leader.
Mr. Marchiorello is today President of IK Interklimat S.p.A. e della Marchiopolo S.r.l. During the few free moments left him by his activities, he loves reading and playing polo and tennis.
